Mountains, waterfalls and the fire of '88

Thursday, July 3 - We have a ton of pictures of the landscape in Yellowstone, so we'll include just a few here. Some of the waterfalls are spectacular. The big one is at a place called Artist Point. It was also really fascinating to see how the park is rejuventing 20 years after the fire of 1988. The effects of the fire are still everywhere, but you can see how nature is recovering with new trees and growth amid the dead trees that are either on the ground or still standing.
